John Joseph Driscoll

John J. Driscoll founded The Driscoll Firm, P.C., in October 2008. John is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, and Minnesota. In addition, he is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri, the Southern District of Illinois, and the District of Minnesota.

After graduation from Loyola University of Chicago, John attended Saint Louis University School of Law. Before starting law school, he accepted an appointment to serve as the Jury Commissioner for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois (St. Clair County).

Then with a wife and two young children, John selected petit and grand juries by day and attended law school at night. Upon his graduation, John began the practice of law as an Illinois Assistant Public Defender, trying countless misdemeanor and felony criminal cases to verdict.

After leaving the Public Defender’s Office, he spent several years serving two Illinois Appellate Court Justices as an in-chambers law clerk before joining a St. Louis-area law firm, where he spent over five years developing and managing a growing pharmaceutical product liability litigation practice.
