John McConnell represents Fortune 500 companies and small businesses in matters involving product liability, civil rights, premises liability, construction, and premises security. In addition, John handles commercial matters including breach of contract claims, as well as complex contractual and insurance issues.
He has conducted all phases of litigation, including trials in state and federal court cases, as well as mediations and arbitrations.
While receiving his juris doctor from Villanova University School of Law, John was a member of the Trial Competition Team and participated in student government. John received his bachelor of business administration degree from Loyola University.
He graduated summa cum laude and received both a Loyola Medal of Merit and Loyola Senior Athlete Scholars Award. John was captain of the school’s Division I men’s tennis team from 2001 to 2003, and graduated in 2003 as Loyola’s all-time leader in singles and doubles victories. He received the team’s Most Valuable Player and Most Dedicated Player awards each season.
