Since entering private practice in 1993, John Rogala Evanoff’s practice has focused almost exclusively on family law cases. Mr. Evanoff has represented clients in a variety of divorce, support, custody, relocation, and protection from abuse matters.
He obtained his undergraduate degree and juris doctor from the University of Pittsburgh, earning his bachelor’s degree in 1988 and graduating the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law, in 1991. Upon graduation, Mr. Evanoff spent two years serving as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence J. Brenner from Allentown, Pennsylvania (Lehigh County).
He was Judge Brenner’s first law clerk and served in that position for two years. After that, he entered private practice at the law offices of Edward J. Zamborsky. While there, Mr. Evanoff represented clients in an extensive family law practice, litigating highly complex financial, economic, and custody claims. Eventually, the firm was renamed Zamborsky & Evanoff, when Mr. Evanoff was awarded a partnership.
