John R Worth practice focuses on (1) civil litigation, including business reorganizations, bankruptcy litigation and other litigation arising out of business disputes and (2) probate court litigation.
Since July, 2007 I hold contracts with Maricopa County to serve as a court-appointed attorney for alleged incapacitated individuals in probate court cases and a special advocacy contract to act as guardian ad litem in mental health, or criminal cases for adults receiving court-ordered mental health treatment and as best interests attorney for children in family court custody cases where there are allegations of substantial abuse or neglect.
In his bankruptcy practice, John Worth has represented businesses as debtors, creditors and asset purchasers in bankruptcy reorganizations and liquidations. He has represented business owners as debtors and creditors in bankruptcy liquidations and in fraud discharge proceedings.
