John R. Hudson is a 1987 graduate of the University Of Arkansas School of Law, and was a member of the Arkansas Law Review. His case note, Stifft’s Jewelers v. Oliver: The Tacit Agreement Test – Arkansas Clings to a Dinosaur, was published in 1987.
He is a former adjunct professor at the University Of Arkansas School of Law, and he has offered his experience and knowledge in Domestic Relations law as a guest lecturer for the National Business Institute.
He served as City Attorney for West Fork, Arkansas from 2003 to 2010. John limits his practice primarily to the areas of divorce and child custody/visitation and criminal defense.
He also handles probate matters, and the drafting of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills/Health Care Proxies.
