John Schwartz

John K. Schwartz is a trial lawyer. In more than 30 years of practice, John has represented several Fortune 100 companies in complex commercial suits as well as hundreds of other public and private companies and individuals.

He has handled a broad variety of commercial matters, including antitrust, intellectual property, mass tort, securities, employment, insurance and telecommunications. In 2005, John was recognized by the Austin Business Journal as the top commercial trial lawyer in Austin.
