John V. Little practices primarily in the areas of business law and commercial real estate law, including the formation and operation of business entities, business and real estate finance, banking, real estate development, and business and commercial real estate transactions. He has been with the firm since he began practicing law in 1976.
Mr. Little received a B.A. (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from Washington & Lee University in 1973 and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1976. He served as a member of the University of Virginia Law School Alumni Council from 1981- 1984. Mr. Little is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Charlottesville Albemarle Bar Association.
Mr. Little is the editor and a coauthor of Virginia CLE’s two volume handbook, Contract Law in Virginia, which is presently in its third edition. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America under the categories of both corporate law and real estate law.
