John Tully is an associate in the Corporate Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Boston office. Mr. Tully focuses his practice primarily on corporate formation and governance, commercial lending and leasing, and a comprehensive range of other general corporate and real estate related legal issues.
He represents lenders, financing syndicates, and borrowers in single and multi-asset financings of commercial real estate including construction and acquisition financing; CMBS financing; convertible loans; complex, multi-tiered mezzanine; sale/leaseback structures; mixed debt financing; and syndicated REIT financing.
In addition, Mr. Tully regularly counsels his clients on issues related to mergers and acquisitions, development of retail, corporate, and industrial mixed-use office space and property, and financing transactions, including originations, modifications, and restructurings of secured credit facilities, vehicle financings, and asset-based credit lines.
Prior to working at Seyfarth, Mr. Tully was previously employed with a New England-based law firm in Andover, Massachusetts. Mr. Tully is a member of the American Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
