Jon C. Beckman focuses his practice in the area of energy and natural resources law, specifically assisting clients with energy and environmental litigation. Jon draws on his mineral title and regulatory experience to assist clients with disputes over mineral ownership, royalties, and leasehold issues as well as environmental and regulatory matters.
Additionally, he assists clients with eminent domain proceedings, construction litigation, midstream litigation, insurance litigation, and arbitration proceedings. Jon is a former Combat Trauma Specialist for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and is active in the firm’s Veterans Inclusion Council.
