Jonathan Sweik is a litigation attorney with extensive experience representing entities and individuals in business/commercial disputes, labor and employment matters, construction claims and civil appeals in state and federal court.
Jonathan also represents the financial services industry, including broker-dealers and registered representatives in customer claims and intra-industry disputes brought before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority; investigations, examinations and enforcement actions by self-regulatory organizations and state and federal regulators; and registered investment advisers and their representatives in civil litigation with investors and investigations, examinations and enforcement actions by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Jonathan has experience litigating breaches of contract, business torts, employment agreements, restrictive covenants including non-competition/non-solicitation agreements, lease violations, shareholder/member disputes, receiverships, injunctive relief and appeals. His practice also includes a diverse range of securities litigation and enforcement matters.
