Jonathan Falcioni

Jonathan Falcioni is a litigation attorney at The Ledger Law Firm. He is licensed to practice in State Courts of California, the United States District court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Jon has extensive experience in personal injury, elder and dependent abuse, product liability, pharmaceutical, premises liability, medical malpractice, civil rights, and legal malpractice cases.

Prior to joining The Ledger Law Firm, Jon was a litigator at a civil firm in Southern California where he represented injured clients through all stages of litigation. Jon’s experience also includes appellate practice.

He obtained a favorable decision in California’s Fourth District Court of Appeal in the case of King v. CompPartners, Inc., et al. 243 Cal.App.4th 685. In addition, he has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. At the Ledger Law Firm, Jon zealously represents clients from pre-litigation negotiations through trial.

In 2006, Jon was named the valedictorian of Chaffey Community College. He then earned his B.A. in 2009 from the University of California, Santa Barbara where he majored in Political Science. In 2013, Mr. Falcioni received his J.D. from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in Orange, California, where he was the recipient of a full merit scholarship.

While in law school, Jon was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Chapman Law Review and served as Vice President of Chapman’s Public Interest Law Foundation. During his 2L year, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Catherine E. Bauer of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California and as an academic fellow to Professor Frank J. Doti for his Contracts I and II classes.

Mr. Falcioni earned CALI Awards for achieving the highest class grade in Legal Research and Writing I, Contracts I, Contracts II, Criminal Law, and Legal and Equitable Remedies. Jon graduated in the top 16% of his class at Chapman.

Jon enjoys travelling and has even spent time working at a law firm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. However, Jon is a Southern California native who now lives in Irvine with his wife, Becca. Jon enjoys cooking, working out, and playing classical piano in his spare time.
