Jonathan M. Goossen is an associate in the Houston office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Mass Tort and Toxic Tort and Environmental practices. Jay represents clients in the medical device, transportation, and energy industries in a broad spectrum of litigation including products liability, environmental contamination, intellectual property, and complex commercial matters.
In particular, he has experience in a variety of complex matters, including mass torts and multi-district litigation.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Jay obtained his J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where in 2013 he was a member of the winning team at the Pacific McGeorge Seventh National Ethics Trial Competition and received an Honorable Mention for Best Advocate. Jay was a member of the runner-up team in the Puerto Rico Trial Advocacy Competition in 2012.
