Jonathan P. Hummel is a registered patent attorney who assists clients with intellectual property strategies and policies, as well as patent prosecution. He advises startups, entrepreneurs, and boards of directors on corporate governance, technology transactions and licensing, entity formation, and securities regulations and compliance.
Jonathan also drafts various agreements, contracts, and patent applications. During law school, Jonathan worked as a research and teaching assistant for a patent law course at the University of Missouri School of Law. He also counseled startups at the Missouri Innovation Center Business Incubator.
