
Jonathan Picard focuses his practice on providing corporate and transactional counsel to public and private companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, entertainment, mobile gaming and apparel.
He is a business-minded and efficient adviser, who takes a creative and innovative approach to legal matters, often strategizing with companies to provide tailored solutions in unique situations.
Jonathan regularly represents middle market clients in merger and acquisition transactions ranging from US$5 million to US$500 million, representing both the buy and sell sides, including representing private equity funds in portfolio company acquisitions and sales.
In addition to mergers and acquisitions, his experience includes working with clients to structure and implement strategic alliance relationships and joint ventures and advising clients on domestic and international commercial contract negotiation.
Jonathan also regularly counsels clients regarding day-to-day corporate and business matters, entity formation and organization, dissolutions, liquidations and corporate governance matters.
