Jonathan Lee is a registered patent attorney with over a decade of experience developing and managing the domestic and worldwide patent portfolios of high-tech Fortune 500 companies. Together with his colleague, Bryan Hanks, he manages a distinguished team of over 20 registered patent attorneys, patent engineers, and patent paralegals.
Jonathan has prepared and successfully prosecuted hundreds of patent applications throughout his career, primarily in the electrical, electro-mechanical, and computer engineering fields.
He has also frequently counseled clients in other aspects of intellectual property law, including litigation, licensing, and opinion work, as well as due diligence examinations, copyrights, trademarks, and patent reexamination proceedings.
Prior to joining FisherBroyles, Jonathan worked for nationally recognized law firms in Washington, D.C. and Salt Lake City, Utah. He splits his time between the firm’s Palo Alto and Salt Lake City offices.
