
Jonathan provides counsel, advice, and representation to clients on all trademark and copyright matters in the U.S. and assists US clients with protecting IP assets in jurisdictions worldwide.
He manages and maintains global trademark portfolios for major technology, aerospace and automotive clients, oversees trademark prosecution worldwide, and protects IP rights in disputes and litigation.
He has experience obtaining and protecting trademarks related to a variety of technologies, including mechanical and electro-mechanical products. Jonathan represents clients in cancellation proceedings, appeals, oppositions, and other matters in state and federal courts around the country, and before the USPTO and TTAB.
