
Jonathan Wilson focuses his practice on emerging companies, business and finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan worked as a associate in the Menlo Park, California office of an international law firm where he concentrated his practice on emerging companies, technology transactions, and capital markets.
While attending law school, Jonathan served as a legal intern in the Health, Education and Welfare Section of the Civil Law Division in the Attorney General’s Office of the California Department of Justice in Sacramento, California where he researched and drafted briefs and motions submitted to State court on several issues. He was a research assistant for Professor Talha Syed where he analyzed the history, development, and impact of SCOTUS rulings related to social policy. Jonathan served as an undergraduate law clerk in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, California where he analyzed police documents to organize and summarize lists of witnesses and evidence. He was also Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of African-American Law & Policy.
Jonathan has a working knowledge of Italian.
