Clients consult with Joni to ensure benefit plan compliance, to address the issues of health and welfare plans and trusts, and for support in managing company stock fund investments. Joni also provides advice and counsel on benefits and compensation as it relates to mergers and acquisitions. Joni, a former Chair of the Employee Benefits Committee of both the ABA Tax and Business Sections, is deeply immersed in all legal aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation.
She frequently speaks and writes on employee benefit matters and is an active member of American Bar Association, ESOP Association, American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
