Jordan P. DiPinto represents a range of clients involved in litigation. He assists at various stages of legal proceedings and trial preparation, including legal research, writing motions, and drafting other memoranda.
Jordan is a contributor to the firm’s SEC Law Perspectives Blog, which provides reports, discussions, and analyses on noteworthy trends in enforcement and regulatory activity of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other agencies.
Before joining the firm, Jordan interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, where he worked with assistant U.S. attorneys at all stages of trial, and also researched and wrote memoranda on subjects including suppression of wiretap evidence, service of process requirements, and the admissibility of hearsay evidence.
In law school, Jordan co-directed the University of Pennsylvania’s chapter of Youth Courts, an alternative to the school-to-prison pipeline. Jordan was also a member of Penn Law’s Mediation Clinic, where he served as a third-party neutral mediator in various matters throughout Philadelphia.
