Jordan G. Cohen, an associate in the firm’s Sports and Entertainment Practice Group, focuses his practice on media and entertainment defense litigation.
Jordan has represented both individuals and corporations in a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation. He has significant experience in consumer rights and warranty law and has substantial deposition and trial experience.
After earning his bachelor’s at the University of California Santa Cruz, Jordan attended the University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, where he served as submissions editor for the Hastings Race and Poverty Law Journal.
Before graduating, he gained experience as a judicial extern with Magistrate Judge James Larson in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
In addition to his practice at Goldberg Segalla, Jordan serves as in-house counsel for Thank You For Coming, an experimental food and art space in Los Angeles. He also produced a feature-length documentary, I Think We’re Alone Now (2008), which was the official selection at several film festivals.
