Jordan E. Hodge is an associate in the Real Estate practice at King & Spalding. Jordan’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including development, construction, joint venture negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions, financing and refinancing, as well as the structuring and formation of real estate investment funds.
In law school, Ms. Hodge served as the Executive Managing Editor of the North Carolina Law Review and the Director of Operations of the Transactional and Corporate Law Association. She received the Bane Student Writing Award for her work titled Conflating Scienter with Knowledge of Personal Benefit: The Unintended Consequences of Salman v. United States.
