Jordan Hughes is an associate in the Firm’s Global Tax Practice Group in Chicago. He advises multinational corporations and pass-through entities on US federal income tax matters related to international tax planning strategies. He also advises clients on navigating international tax disputes.
Jordan advises large multinational companies across a broad spectrum of industries in developing tax planning strategies for a variety of domestic and international tax matters, including corporate reorganizations, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, fund deployment and various other cross-border transactions. He also assists clients with tax controversy matters and tax dispute resolution.
