Jordan Koel Merson

Jordan Koel Merson is the founder of the law firm, Merson Law based in the New York state. It has offices in the Philadelphia and New York cities. His practice areas include medical malpractice, birth injuries, brain injuries, child abuse, employment & labor, and personal injuries. He is highly reputed in representing catastrophic injury victims. He has frequently litigated cases valued more than $1 million. He has prosecuted such cases that have resolved for over $10 million.

He is a Lifetime Member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum since 2016. The National Trial Lawyers listed him in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers list in 2016. The New York Law Journal named him in the Medical Malpractice Hall of Fame in 2015. The national and local media, like USA Today, the New York Law Journal and the Daily News have quoted him for his achievements.

Attorney Merson is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State E-Discovery Committee, and the New York County Lawyers’ Association.

He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University in 2002. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Fordham Law School in 2005.

He joined Peckar & Abramson, the law firm of Leading Construction Lawyer Robert Peckar in 2002 and worked there for six years. He has also worked with Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson and prominent trial lawyer Doug Wigdor at Thompson, Wigdor & Gilly, LLP.  He later Partnered with the law firm, Kramer, Dillof, Livingston & Moore.
