Joseph N. Argentina represents creditors, creditor committees, and debtors in myriad creditor-debtor contexts, including general collection matters, foreclosures, bankruptcy reorganizations and liquidations, state and federal court receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and out of court debt restructurings.
