Joseph M. Caiazzo is WilmerHale’s Assistant Managing Attorney and is resident in the New York office. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation/Controversy Department and joined the firm in 2017. As the Assistant Managing Attorney, Mr. Caiazzo counsels the firm’s attorneys on complex procedural issues that arise in judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings.
He also assists with the supervision of the Managing Attorney’s Department, which reviews court papers to ensure compliance with rules and practices, files papers, serves process, monitors litigation activity and deadlines, and prepares the firm calendar.
Mr. Caiazzo is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
