Previously, Mr. Lutz worked as a Senior Software Engineer in the information technology branch of the largest managed care organization in the United States. Mr. Lutz is a member of the Mexican American Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association and ProVisors. He is also fluent in Spanish.
