He practiced at New York-based Seward & Kissel LLP from 2006 to 2008. He represented many companies, hedge funds and private equity funds in different types of public and private corporate finance transactions throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
He worked at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York from 2001 to 2006. He represented Fortune 500 companies and bulge bracket investment banks and helped them with a variety of equity and debt securities transactions, bank financings and mergers and acquisitions.
He obtained B.S. in Accounting from the Rutgers University. He completed Juris Doctorate in 2001 from the Brooklyn Law School. He graduated cum laude. He served as a Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. He was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and a Carswell Scholar.
