
Joseph Deng — listed among the Southern California Super Lawyers rising stars by Los Angeles Magazine — represents multinational employers in all aspects of PRC labor and employment law. He is co-author of California Business Law Deskbook and co-author of “China’s Draft Employment Contracts Law: Impact on HR Issues in M&A in China” for the September 2006 issue of Human Resources.
Mr. Deng advises clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. His practice likewise covers employment contracts and advice, as well as international executive mobility, contentious and non-contentious employee terminations and mass layoffs. Mr. Deng also counsels on employee intellectual property rights protections, as well as on labor relations/union matters.
