Joseph Went is a trial and appellate lawyer whose practice focuses on commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He represents individuals and corporate clients, both large and small, in complex litigation matters in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts involving distressed assets, foreclosure disputes, secured transactions, and probate and trust litigation.
