Joshua Olmstead is a senior trial attorney at Cellino & Barnes, PC. Mr. Olmstead is an accomplished lawyer who has served with distinction as a litigator at various personal injury law firms and utilizes that experience to fight for each client at Cellino & Barnes.
Among many noteworthy settlements and accomplishments, he facilitated a settlement with the City of New York in the notorious Amadou Diallo case. Mr. Olmsead is also a published writer for the American Trial Lawyers Association, Young Lawyer Division. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the State of Florida and an active member of both the New York and Florida Bar. Mr. Olmstead graduated from Western Michigan University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Mr. Olmstead obtained his Juris Doctor degree at the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2003.
