Joshua Epstein

Joshua Epstein is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Joshua has more than eight years of experience in insurance defense litigation handling automobile negligence, premises liability, property damage, subrogation, uninsured/underinsured motorist, and general negligence cases.

Furthermore, Joshua has extensive experience handling no-fault matters with more than 75 successful defense verdicts. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Joshua worked as an in-house trial attorney for several global insurance companies.

His years of experience working with claims adjusters, supervisors, and managers on a daily basis have given him a unique perspective on how best to handle his cases to address client needs.
