Joshua Becker is a trial attorney with a national practice concentrating on high profile complex litigation, including mass torts, products liability and class actions. His recent experience also includes life science litigation, consumer fraud class actions, National Advertising Division (NAD)/Children’s Advertising Review Unit (CARU) disputes and the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Green Guide compliance.
Josh serves on the editorial board of Product Liability Law360 and has been quoted in publications ranging from Bloomberg News to the Miami Herald. He previously served on the editorial boards of other national publications, including Energy Law360 and Product Liability Law & Strategy.
He provides pro bono representation to various organizations and individuals, including a Nepali citizen in a successful U.S. Immigration Court trial and then defending his client before the Board of Immigration Appeals. Additionally, he has served on numerous nonprofit boards.
Josh previously served as the deputy press secretary for U.S. Senator Bob Graham. He graduated with his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida College of Law, where he was the executive notes and comments editor of the Florida Law Review.
