Joshua Lee Wright is an associate in the corporate practice group. Mr. Wright has experience in general corporate governance, securities regulation matters and mergers and acquisitions.Mr. Wright also has a robust pro bono practice and serves on the Associate Board of Legal Services NYC. Among other matters, he has represented a private school in obtaining an absolute charter from the New York State Education Department; petitioned the Governor of New York State for clemency on behalf of a prisoner; drafted governance documents for numerous nonprofits in the journalism, environmental and other industries; and petitioned the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of battered immigrants.
Mr. Wright received his J.D. cum laude in May 2017 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the Cardozo Law Review and a scholar in the Samuel and Ronnie Heyman Center on Corporate Governance. He received his M.B.A. in 2014 from Millsaps College and his B.S.B.A. cum laude in business administration in 2012 from Boston University.
