Judith practices family law, probate, and civil litigation. As a co-founding partner of del Cuadro-Zimmerman & Mount, PLLC, Judith represents clients in a wide range of family law matters including divorce, custody, visitation and civil protection orders. She is an appointed attorney for DC Superior Court’s CCAN and Guardian ad Litem panels, where she represents children, parents, and guardians in child abuse and neglect cases.
Judith is also a member of the DC Volunteer Lawyer’s Project where she volunteers in domestic relations matters. Judith also offers wills, estates, and probate services for the DC and Maryland community. She is a member of Legal Counsel for the Elderly’s Reduced Fee Panel and regularly volunteers at the Probate Resource Centre in DC Probate Court giving information to unrepresented members of the DC community about the probate process. Judith was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.
She received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts and a Juris Doctorate from American University in Washington, DC. In law school, Judith served on the board of the Lambda Law Association conducting educational programs and outreach for LGBTQ legal issues.
