Julia K. Eppard is an associate in the International Trade practice group at Hughes Hubbard’s Washington, D.C. office.
She has worked on trade remedy cases, representing foreign producers, trade associations, governments and their U.S. customers, including antidumping investigations of Japan and Brazil, countervailing duty investigations of Canada and Brazil, administrative reviews for Canada and Thailand, sunset reviews for Japan and Vietnam, court appeals of cases for Canada and Korea, and two multinational safeguard cases.
Julia has practiced before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, the Court of International Trade, the European Commission and the World Trade Organization.
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, Julia had also worked in the Office of Inspector General at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
