Julia Woods is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s North America Privacy & Technology Practice Group in Chicago. Julia also served as a law clerk in the Office of the General Counsel of the US International Trade Commission in Washington, DC.
Julia advises clients on a variety of technology, intellectual property, and commercial transactions. She also counsels clients on technology and intellectual property matters in mergers, acquisitions, equity financing transactions, and other corporate transactions.
