Juliana M. Yee is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. Ms. Yee served on the external oversight team for the San Francisco Blue Ribbon Panel on Transparency, Accountability, and Fairness in Law Enforcement, which released its report on July 11, 2016 detailing the findings of a year-long investigation into potential bias in the San Francisco Police Department.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Yee clerked for Judge Vince Chhabria of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and Judge Jay Bybee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Yee earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she was senior editor of the Stanford Law Review and editor in chief of the Stanford Journal of Complex Litigation. She was also co-president of the Stanford Law Association. She received her B.A. in foreign affairs and art history, with distinction, from the University of Virginia.
