Julianne Stefanick work at Ekker, Kuster, McCall & Epstein LLP. practice is in the areas of taxation, estates, estate planning, and business planning. I have a broad range of experience in areas including employment law, non-profit formation, family law, and Medicaid planning.
A Hermitage native, I returned to the area where my family has resided for the past 100 years. I have worked with a number of start-up businesses in the Mercer County area with all stages of planning including LLCs and non-profits. In my free time, I enjoy, cooking, spending time with my family and friends, and restoring my home, an old farm house in Hermitage that was built by my grandfather.
While attending graduate school, I worked at the University of Pittsburgh low-income tax clinic where I was taught by the top tax attorneys in Pittsburgh how to represent individuals who have been audited by the IRS or have fallen behind on their tax filing and payment obligations. As an attorney, I have been admitted to the United States Tax Court and have successfully resolved several complex issues involving the IRS for my clients, often resulting in little to no tax being due.
