Julie D. Wood is Counsel in the Labor & Employment department in Seyfarth Shaw’s San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on advising employers concerning various employment-related issues, including compliance with California and federal anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, wage and hour, paid sick time, and leave laws.
Ms. Wood also advises California employers in the creation of employment policies and procedures, conducts workplace investigations, assists employers in negotiating employee severance agreements, and counsels employers with respect to employee discipline and terminations.
Ms. Wood also has experience in all aspects of employment litigation on behalf of both public and private employers, including discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour, and workers’ compensation matters.
