Justin A. Casey is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions groups. Justin’s practice covers a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities laws and offerings and corporate governance.
Justin earned his J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law, where he served as president of the Sports Law Federation and was granted membership to the Order of the Coif.
While at UCLA, Justin worked as a research assistant to Professor Jason Oh and was the 2017 Recipient of the Bruce I. Hochman Award for Excellence in the Study of Tax Law.
Prior to attending UCLA, Justin graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University, with a double major in finance and marketing.
