Justin Grant Bennett

Justin Grant Bennett is a partner at the law firm Benson & Bennett P.L.C. based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He is a litigator and trial attorney proficient in handling cases concerning personal injury defense, family law, insurance coverage law, traffic citations, insurance defense, and general civil and trial practice.

Under family law, he usually represents clients in cases involving paternity, child custody & modification, divorce, child visitation & alteration, uncontested divorce, and child support & adjustment. In his more than ten years of legal career, he has gained a rich experience in all facets of the legal system including civil appeals, bench trials, and jury trials.

Attorney Justin Bennett holds the license to practice law in the state of Arkansas and before the Arkansas Supreme Court since 2008. He received admission to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Eastern & Western District Courts of Arkansas in 2009 and 2011 respectively.

Originally from South Carolina, he attended high school in Arkansas and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in History, with a minor in political science, from Henderson State University in 2005 while graduating Magna Cum Laude. He later earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2008.

While studying law, he also worked as a Legal Intern with Benson & Wood, PLC from 2006 to 2008 and served as an attorney in the same firm from 2008 to 2013. He later joined Benson & Associates, PLC as an associate in 2013 and became a partner for the firm Benson & Bennett, P.L.C. in 2015.

Justin G. Bennett has earned respect in the legal community over the years through his enthusiasm and dedication for the practice of law. For years, he and his wife living in Benton County have provided foster care services in their house for the Arkansas Department of Children and Family Services.
