Justin also litigates a wide variety of disputes in bankruptcy, state, and federal courts. He has experience in obtaining prejudgment remedies and collecting on judgments.
He also regularly represents clients in various appellate courts, including the Ninth Circuit, the Nevada Supreme Court, and the Arizona Court of Appeals.
The subject matter of the appeals has varied from bankruptcy and receivership issues, to water rights, to the valuation of personal property for taxation.
