
Justin M. Lungstrum is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Justin specializes in syndicated and principal loan financings, with an emphasis on acquisition finance, and has significant experience in the representation of financial institutions, investment banks, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with leveraged and investment grade, cash-flow and asset-based senior credit facilities, mezzanine financings, subordinated bridge loans and letter-of-credit facilities.
He also has extensive experience representing clients in connection with restructuring and refinancing existing credit facilities. Justin’s clients include JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, KKR, Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley, among others.
Justin has been at the Firm since 2000. He received his B.A. from Yale University in 1995 and his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2000, where he serves on the Board of Governors.
