Justin Daniel is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in a variety of complex federal and state litigation. Mr. Daniel helps to advise and defend employers on a broad range of matters, including wage and hour, ADA and FMLA matters, allegations of discrimination and retaliation, civil lawsuits arising out of the performance of job functions, and wrongful discharge and contracts.
He also works on civil rights matters. His clients include private companies, municipalities, and private secondary schools. Mr. Daniel’s background includes federal and state civil and criminal investigations and litigation, high-stakes construction litigation, and insurance defense litigation.
Mr. Daniel’s litigation background is complemented by his innate passion for technology, which drives him find innovative ways to improve client service. While working at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, he designed a damage calculation worksheet that was widely adopted throughout the agency in housing and mortgage related matters, and was eventually used around the country by advocates seeking loan modifications for their clients with FHA loans. Mr. Daniel routinely applies this passion for process-based and technologically-enabled solutions for clients in order to make the most efficient use possible of his clients’ resources.
