Justin Neal Smitherman

Justin is the founding attorney of Alabama Law Services, LLC and is a partner in Statewide Title Pelham LLC. He grew up in Montevallo, AL where he graduated at the top of his class.

He attended college at the University of Alabama where he remained on the Dean’s List and President’s List until he graduated magna cum laude.

He received his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law where he spent several semesters on the Dean’s List. During school, he clerked at the Tuscaloosa County District Attorney’s Office and Cincinnati Insurance Defense.

Justin transitioned to representing individuals and provides ongoing legal and tax representation for, among others, technology, real estate and construction companies. Justin also serves as local counsel for large, national law firms.

On his off days, Justin enjoys Alabama football and golf. He lives in Shelby County with his son, Neal, and two dogs, Frodo and Scout.
