
Justin L. Roettger is an associate and patent attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions & Outsourcing Practice.
Mr. Roettger’s background as a web developer gives him a practical understanding of the issues clients face when dealing with technology transactions, licenses, acquisitions, and other outsourcing agreements. As a web developer, he oversaw a team of developers in a full-stack web development environment.
Mr. Roettger was a legal intern at Able Consultancy Services in Hong Kong, where he assisted with patent and trademark application work before the USPTO and other foreign intellectual property authorities.
Education :
Mr. Roettger earned his law degree from Loyola Law School (J.D., 2012). He studied abroad in Hong Kong at the Duke University School of Law Asia-America Institute in Transnational Law. Mr. Roettger earned an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire (B.A., 2009).
