With over a decade of experience in global immigration and knowledge management, Justin Rymer has advised a wide variety of clients on global mobility issues and assisted with migration policy design and immigration program management.
He frequently advises clients on the immigration impact of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures or similar corporate restructuring deals and has project managed the worldwide immigration work arising from some of the world’s largest corporate deals in recent years.
As a member of the firm’s Knowledge group, Justin’s primary role has been to develop the mechanisms by which Fragomen leverages its collective knowledge to the advantage of clients and staff alike.
Justin played a key role in designing and launching Fragomen’s internal knowledge management platform, a fully-searchable online database that captures both formal and practical information about the immigration rules and processes of over 130 countries.
He then works with colleagues to leverage these resources to deliver to clients tailored advisory solutions to the challenges they face with global mobility. Justin has also been deeply involved with the development and maintenance of the Business Visa Matrix, an online tool that enables business travelers to assess when their cross-border trips require work authorization to over 100 destination countries.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Justin provided pro bono immigration law services for the Nationalities Service Center in Philadelphia as part of a clinical program and interned with the U.S. Navy JAG Corp in Japan.
Justin also worked for immigration law firms in Pennsylvania and New York.
