Justin Chu has deep experience in legal malpractice matters, having successfully tried and otherwise won cases through motions. He has experience on matters filed in multiple jurisdictions across the country, representing attorneys before the SEC, FINRA, and disciplinary bodies, and in dismissal of claims under New York Judiciary Law §487 for treble damages.
In addition to his professional liability practice, Justin has also engaged in extensive commercial, securities and employment litigation. He has represented securities and commodities exchanges and other financial institutions.
Justin has successfully represented clients at trials and appeals in courts and governmental agencies, and has successfully tried numerous arbitrations to conclusion.
