Khatereh Sage Fahimi represents and counsels private and public employers in all aspects of state and federal employment and labor law. She appears in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies such as the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and has specific knowledge of :
- Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
- The Americans with Disabilities Act
- The Fair Employment and Housing Act
Prior to joining Littler in 2008, she worked at the California Department of Transportation as a Public Information Officer and at the United States Chamber of Commerce in the Corporate Development office.
In law school, she served as a member of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs, and was a Moot Court Honors Member.
