K. Scott Rocio is an Associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC, Scott concentrates his practice on federal sector Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) claims and representing employees before the United States Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Scott served as a law fellow for AARP Foundation Litigation within its employment discrimination section. While attending law school, Scott showed an early dedication to practicing employment law; completing extensive coursework in the areas of employment and labor law.

Scott distinguished himself by becoming a member of his law school’s Mock Trial Skills Board, representing his school at both the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section Trial Advocacy and the Estrella Trial Advocacy competitions.
